• Building Teams
  I believe that real value delivery is rooted in Teamwork. Collectively we can achieve more than we would on our own. That is why I have a passion for building high performing teams that:

• Establishing Autonomy
  I believe that teams perform best with clear delivery goals and left to self-organise in to find the best way to achieve those goals. This approach promotes the ownership and engagement required to perform at a high level continually.

  Effectively utilising the knowledge and skills available within a team increases the productivity and confidence of the team. I make it my aim to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each team member, and to arrange the team in a complimentary way.

  Effective coaching brings the best out of others and enables them to gain the insight necessary to be successful problem solvers. By employing the GROW model to help guide individuals through self-discovery.

  We live in an increasingly complex and interconnected world. To be effective teams need to have the ability to systematically work through problems that arise. As a team leader, I see my role as a facilitator of the process, providing the boundaries and guidelines that produce positive results.

  Clear, concise and transparent communication cultivates a positive work culture, facilitates execution, and builds lasting relationships.
